Graduated from the St Petersburg Conservatoire in 1980.
With the Mariinsky theatre since 1990. Has rehearsed the whole repertoire of the theatre: War and Peace, Ruslan and Lyudmila, Mazeppa, Eugene Onegin, Le nozze di Figaro, Don Carlo, Madama Butterfly, Tosca, Semyon Kotko, the Fiery Angel, The Gambler, Otello.
Took part in concerts with soloists of the Mariinsky Company in Russia and abroad.
