"The whole world - theater, and the people in it - the actors ..." - these words have become Shakespeare's epigraph by Yuri Alexandrov. Director offers an original version of one of the most popular operas, always exciting human hearts love drama sharpness and vivid emotional music. The real tragic story about how the director of the theater group had killed his wife because of jealousy (in the case of judicial practice, which has immortalized his Leoncavallo opera), received in the performance of Alexandrov metaphorical interpretation. With the help of images and means of attracting the commedia dell'arte (the oldest theater forms), the director created a timeless story about the life of the theater. In her stage convention and vnestsenicheskaya reality so inextricably intertwined that they can not be separated from each other.
